RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Goldie Girl, we understand that sometimes every item doesn’t work out and thats ok! We want you to love your purchase made from Goldie Vines! Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Item(s) MUST be returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately after this timeframe your item(s) will not be eligible for return. No exceptions.
Items purchased must be in PERFECT condition to be returned. All item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odor as well as free of make up or deodorant stains.
We do not offer exchanges, however, if the item you are returning is in stock you can use your store credit to purchase a different size.
Any reduced priced items of 20% or more are FINAL SALE.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Please make sure that what you’re returning meets our return policy and is not a final sale item before you ship it back.
- Login to your customer account to begin a return request.
- Once your return request is approved you will receive instructions on your return.
- Ship your return within the 10 day return window of receiving your order. If your order is sent outside of this time frame, your return will be sent back to you at your cost. Reminder: we do NOT accept returns on any merchandise that was discounted 20% or more at purchase. We have all rights to decline a return after the 10 day window.
- Track your return to ensure we get it. Once we receive it, please allow 24-48 hours for your store credit to be issued. You can view and use your store credit by logging into your Goldie Vines account - it will appear there automatically and can be applied at check out on your next order. Please note - you will not receive a separate notification for the store credit being issued.
- Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your merchandise. If there are no damage claims within these 2 days a return will NOT be accepted. Please email us at hi@shopgoldievines.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Goldie Vines is not responsible for any damages to your items once they are washed by you. Please follow care instructions or use the hand wash cycle and do not dry.
